Our Story
Why I Started Grounded
A few words from Leeam on why Grounded exists, and what keeps him doing it.
Being outdoors was never really optional for me
I have always been passionate about the outdoors, and starting Grounded was a direct way for me to be out in nature rather than stuck behind a desk. There's something about working outside, with your hands in the dirt and the day shaped by the weather and the season, that just makes sense to me. Grounded grew out of that, more than out of any grand business plan.
The part I enjoy most
What I love just as much as the outdoor work is meeting people and helping them create and maintain a green space they're actually proud of. Every property is different, every owner wants something slightly different from their yard, and I like being the person who helps them get there, whether that's a lawn that's finally back under control or a garden bed that goes from an eyesore to something they enjoy looking at.
Doing what I'm good at, for people who need it
Running Grounded lets me help people in a way I'm actually good at. It's owner-operated, which means when you book a job on the Central Coast, you're getting me and the standard I hold myself to, not a rotating crew. That's important to me, and it's a big part of why customers come back season after season.
If you've got a lawn, garden, or property that needs a hand, I'd genuinely love to help. Have a read through more about Grounded, or get in touch for a free quote.
